To provide the Services we collect: name, contact information, billing address, email address, IP addresses, and payment verification data. Automatically collected technical information includes device details, browser type, server logs, and service interaction data.
4.2 How We Use Information
Collected data is used exclusively for service contracts, billing and GST compliance, fraud prevention, abuse handling, and service communications. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
4.3 Data Sovereignty
The Subscriber consents to the storage, processing, and retention of data within the territorial jurisdiction of India. Services provisioned in the Dubai location may additionally process operational data in the UAE.
4.4 Law Enforcement
We may disclose subscriber data to competent authorities upon valid court orders or lawful directives issued under Section 69 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
4.5 Data Retention
Personal data is retained for the duration of active service plus statutory retention periods. Billing records are archived as required by Indian tax law.
Security Measures
We employ encryption in transit, access controls, periodic security assessments, and network-layer DDoS protection across our infrastructure.
