Refund Policy

Game Hosting — 48-Hour Window

Game hosting services carry a forty-eight (48) hour refund window. A refund is granted only when both conditions are met:

• The server exhibits a verifiable, total structural failure caused by Company infrastructure; and
• The Company's technical support formally declares the issue unresolvable.

Virtual Private Servers (VPS & VDS) — 24-Hour Window

VPS and VDS services carry a twenty-four (24) hour refund window on the first billing cycle only, applicable when a verified provider-side fault prevents delivery of the service as specified. Renewals are non-refundable.

Dedicated Servers — Non-Refundable

Payments for dedicated servers are strictly non-refundable immediately upon the allocation of hardware resources, owing to the reserved nature of physical infrastructure.

Exclusions (All Products)

• Client-side incompatibilities — game version mismatches, Bedrock vs. Java confusion, local network restrictions.
• Instability caused by user-installed mods, plugins, scripts, or configuration changes.
• Use of unauthorized or “cracked” client software.
• Subjective dissatisfaction — aesthetic preferences or features never advertised.
• A service responding normally to network packets is deemed “Functionally Delivered”.
• Promotional or discounted services are strictly non-refundable.
• Violations of the Acceptable Use Policy forfeit all refund eligibility immediately.

Chargebacks

Initiating a payment dispute without first contacting support results in immediate service suspension and account blacklisting. Contact us first — we resolve genuine issues quickly.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to payment-processor settlement times.
